Design Configurations

We offer two distinct heater constructions to optimize heat transfer based on your specific process needs:


1. Coil Type Thermal Heaters

Designed for maximum radiant and convective heat transfer, this system utilizes a seamless heater coil. This construction eliminates seam joints, effectively preventing leaks and ensuring a durable, high-integrity heating zone.


2. Membrane Wall Type Heaters

The membrane wall configuration is engineered for superior efficiency and structural robustness. This design is ideal for high-capacity industrial heating, providing a sophisticated thermal barrier and optimized energy absorption.
